The jobs and career community website Glassdoor have compiled a list of the most unusual questions to be asked in an interview. Some of the weirdest include:

“Would you rather fight a horse-sized duck or 100 duck-sized horses?” – asked at BHP Billiton to a dry bulk marketer candidate

“How do you fit a giraffe in a fridge?” – asked at UBS to a sales trading candidate

“In a fight between a lion and a tiger, who would win & why?” – asked at Capco to an associate consultant candidate

All of a sudden answering “what are your strengths and weaknesses?” doesn’t seem too bad…
