Your information will be held on a database within the European Economic Area (EEA).  Optima Recruitment, 15 Bridge Street, Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 8BL will collect your information as controller of the database.  We will always employ appropriate technical security measures to protect your personal information to the same specification as defined in the EU law and to ensure that it is not accessed by unauthorised persons.

Optima Recruitment respects the confidentiality of all personal information and will only pass on your details to third parties with your consent in line with our role as a recruitment agency.

While it is unlikely, we may be required to disclose your information by court order or to comply with other legal or regulatory requirements.  We will use reasonable efforts to notify you before we do so, unless we are legally restricted from doing so.
