“My experience with Optima Recruitment has been excellent.  My first meeting with Sarah was relaxed, yet professional, and felt like a conversation rather than a job interview in itself.  She talked through my preferences and my CV, and then went through their database with me to discuss potential jobs they had available that I would be interested in.  The same afternoon she contacted me about a position and arranged an interview for later that day.  Then, she talked me through the interview process, helped me prepare responses, as well as giving me a quick rundown of the company and the position.  By the end of the workday, I had a job offer.
