Good teamwork skills involve a combination of other soft skills. The skill of creating, managing and building relationships in a team are essential. Each team has a leader, lead player and performers. It is important to understand your role and play it. The leader must be able to delegate responsibility and establish effective communication to achieve common goals. Working in a team towards a common goal requires intuition. Good team players are perceptive, as well as receptive to the needs and responsibilities of others.
