Job Description

• Your role will involve new and existing business development with the Companies target market
• Building relationships over the phone and face to face in meetings
• Resourcing candidates across several job boards, advertising jobs, interviewing candidates both face to face and over the phone and preparing candidates for interview.
• You will receive excellent in-house training, unrivalled resources to enable you to earn bonus, on-going support and development and a fun and friendly working environment.

Person specification:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive and confident personality
• Excellent listening skills and able to pick things up quickly
• Good MS knowledge, Word, Excel and Outlook
