Part Time HR Assistant

Our client is seeking a part time HR Assistant to join their established team on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

• £37,500 (pro rata)
• 5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Job Descriptions:

• Working closely with managers and employees, offering guidance and advice
• Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
• Assist with employee relations activities
• Get involved in various projects and activities that champion the companys culture

Person Specification:

• Experience in a generalist HR or People Adviser role
• Genuine passion for people focused work
• Strong understanding of Employment Law
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
• Professional HR qualification or membership (such as CIPD) would be a plus
• Understanding and experience of using Power BI would also be a plus

Additional information:

• Full time equivalent salary of £37,500 per year (pro-rated to £22,500 per year)
• Ideally looking to split hours over five days (Monday – Friday)
