Order & Customer Experience Coordinator

Are you detail-driven, proactive, and passionate about providing top-tier customer service? We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the order process from start to finish — ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, professional, and positive.

📍 Location: Leatherhead
💼 Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 (depending on experience)
🕒 Hours: 9am – 5:30pm

Your Role:

• Oversee the entire order lifecycle — from receipt to dispatch
• Monitor shared inboxes and route messages appropriately
• Provide fast, friendly, and professional responses to customer enquiries
• Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams
• Spot opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales
• Assist with warehouse tasks like picking, packing, and shipping orders on time and accurately

What We’re Looking For:

• A sharp eye for detail and a passion for accuracy
• Great at staying organised and managing multiple tasks
• Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and ideally Sage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven with a can-do attitude — comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 5 or above) or equivalent
