Logistics & Installation Scheduler

About the Role

Our client is a well-established and growing organisation seeking an experienced Logistics & Installation Scheduler to join their busy operations team.

This is a varied and fast-paced role responsible for coordinating deliveries, field-based installations and operational schedules across the UK. You’ll work closely with customers, drivers, warehouse staff and field technicians to ensure work is planned efficiently and completed to a high standard.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, able to think on their feet and confident juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Based in Epsom
• c£30,000
• Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
• Parking on site

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery and installation schedules across the UK.
• Plan efficient routes and allocate work to field-based teams.
• Respond quickly to schedule changes, customer requests and operational challenges.
• Optimise routes to maximise efficiency and minimise travel time.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, warehouse personnel and installation teams.
• Schedule appointments and manage daily workloads.
• Monitor operational capacity and resource availability.
• Maintain accurate scheduling information and operational records using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
• Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the delivery and installation process.
• Support continuous improvements to operational planning and scheduling.

About You

• Previous experience within logistics, transport planning or scheduling.
• Excellent geographical knowledge of the UK.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and other computer systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Able to prioritise a varied workload and work using your own initiative.
• Experience of coordinating field-based engineers, installers or delivery teams would be advantageous.
