Overview:

Our highly established client is seeking an experienced and competent administrator to join their expanding and friendly team.

Job specification:

• Answer incoming calls and providing assistance.
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
• Maintain filing systems
• Order office supplies, including stationery and kitchen supplies.
• Maintain contact lists.
• Provide welcoming and general support to visitors and providing refreshments.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external contacts.
• Keeping the boardroom presentable for meetings.

Person specification:

• Proven experience as an Admin with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
