• £19,500 – £24,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Support managers with scheduling jobs and coordinating appointments
• Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Organise diaries, manage calendars, and book travel or meetings
• Process and maintain important documents such as reports, invoices, and quotations
• Assist in meeting team targets and contributing to ongoing improvements

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Confidence using IT systems, Microsoft Office, and handling documentation
• A team-player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
