This is a unique opportunity to join a very well-established business that really takes pride in proving highly bespoke solutions for their clients. They are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Sales Support Executive to help streamline our client’s sales process. Working closely with your Director and Manager, you’ll play a key role in producing accurate, costed proposals for commercial workshop and storage solutions on time and tailored to client needs. Expect regular interaction with suppliers, prospects, and clients, and the opportunity to help improve systems as they grow.

• Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

Job Description:

• Take briefs from the Directors following client visits or surveys.
• Create fully costed proposals with accurate designs and pricing.
• Brief the 3D Designer and assist in producing accurate 2D drawings.
• Read, amend, and create technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Spot and resolve design or measurement issues.
• Verify information from internal teams and suppliers.
• Source and negotiate supplier pricing, including volume discounts.
• Ask the Directors for clarification where needed.
• Handover final proposals professionally, ready for client presentation, and address any follow-up queries.

Person Specification:

• previous experience creating detailed, costed proposals/tenders
• Strong grasp of B2B pricing and estimation
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD
• Meticulous with excellent attention to detail
• Commercially aware and highly organised
• Manages time well and thrives under pressure
• Skilled multitasker with strong prioritisation skills
• Clear communicator with a professional phone manner
• Confident, proactive, and not afraid to challenge
• Efficient with admin and documentation
• Solutions-focused and self-motivated
• Hands-on and willing to get stuck in
