Location: Leatherhead, Surrey

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Travel: No regular travel required

An exciting opportunity to join a growing business in a key operational leadership role.

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Installation Manager to lead our installation teams and oversee the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

You will take ownership of installation planning, project coordination, stock, warehouse operations, ordering, deliveries and health & safety, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role offering the opportunity to make a real impact on operational performance, team productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage installation teams and contractors.
• Plan installation schedules, workloads and resources.
• Coordinate projects from order through to installation and completion.
• Manage stock, warehouse operations and deliveries.
• Place and monitor supplier orders.
• Coordinate deliveries with installation schedules.
• Manage snagging and remedial works.
• Ensure health & safety standards are maintained.
• Identify and resolve operational issues.
• Work closely with surveyors, installers, suppliers and customers.
• Drive improvements in processes, performance and efficiency.

About You

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience managing installation teams or contractors.
• Knowledge of windows, doors, glazing and installation processes.
• Experience with stock, warehouse and delivery management.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of health & safety.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach.
• Confidence to take ownership and make decisions.
• Good IT and scheduling/administration skills.
