Working with the Marketing Manager and the wider Management Team, the Marketing Assistant will contribute to, and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote the Company’s products and services.

This a varied role, which includes:
Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement a marketing strategy.
Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising, PPC and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.
Track marketing performance and return on investment.
Monitor and report on competitor activity.
Using print and digital media, create awareness of, and develop, the Humidity Solutions brand
Using the Hubspot Marketing and Sales platform, provide marketing and communication support for the Sales team.
Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct Marketing and campaigns.
source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press or other media
work closely with sales team and/or creative agencies (where applicable) to design marketing materials such as brochures, adverts, tradeshow stand designs.
write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns.
be proactive in producing engaging and creative content for all marketing channels, including videos and blog posts.
run social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement.
organise and attend events such as exhibitions and product or supplier launches.
maintain and update customer databases (Hubspot)
conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
Required knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
Strong experience in planning and delivering creative, innovative, and engaging social media strategies and campaigns.
Excellent communications skills across a breadth of social media, website, email, and other digital platforms
Strong graphic design, video recording and editing skills ae desirable for the content aspect of the role.
Experience of paid social media ad campaigns and PPC
Strong time management and prioritisation skills
Well organised, good attention to detail and ability to juggle projects and multi-task.
Teamwork and the ability to foster good working relationships.
