 Well established, successful, professional and friendly IFA practice is looking for an additional team member to provide support to IFA’s with their ongoing business and liaising directly with clients, IFA’s and providers to ensure an efficient service.

• £31,000 – £36,000 (DOE)
• Professional Study Support
• Hybrid, role 3 days office, 2 days home (100% office based during probationary period, 6 months)
• 25 days of annual leave
• Farnham
• Parking

 Job Description:

• New business processing of pensions and investment cases
• Liaising with financial consultants, paraplanners, providers etc;
• Keeping the back-office system, Intelliflo up to date
• Task management.
• Preparing files for Annual Review meetings
• Compilation of Annual Review Suitability Letters for review by IFA’s
• Day-to-day administration tasks, which will include change of address, change of name and deceased account processing.
• Diary keeping, preparing files for meetings

 Person Specification:

• Previous IFA administration experience.
• Experience of administering financial planning products.
• Demonstratable prioritisation and organisational skills.
• A working knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO) or similar client management systems is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail
• You will ideally have or be working towards a qualification relevant to the Financial Planning industry. Such as CII Certificate in Financial Administration, or equivalent.

• Monday – Friday 9-5.30
