Graduate Trainee Analyst

My client is looking for a highly motivated graduate (or equivalent level of education) to join their team as a trainee.   This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience within business.

As a trainee, you will work closely with experienced professionals to learn about the company’s operations and business practices.

Your role will encompass providing support and maintenance to clients and will require a high degree of customer and supplier interaction. There is opportunity for the job role to be hybrid after training.

Main responsibilities:

• Producing reports for both customers and other internal departments
• Monitoring progress of support issues with customers and suppliers
• Assist the Operations Manager with customer support activities
• Collect and collate customer support feedback for projects
• Develop strong relations with customers
• Participate in testing activities / co-ordinate test plans
• Resolving queries immediately where possible or manage through to resolution
• Undertaking training to ensure a high level of knowledge is maintained
• Communicating effectively with customers by phone, email and in person
• Providing technological solutions to problems
