Parts Administrator
Parts Administrator A growing business is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join their operations team. This varied role involves managing returns, coordinating stock and handling day-to-day administrative support within the warehouse. You will be part of a small, supportive team and receive full training on internal systems. Up to £32,000 Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm / 8:30am – 5:30pm Based in Epsom Job Description: Process customer returns and issue credits accordingly Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner Receive and organise stock (some manual handling involved – up to 15kg) Place orders with suppliers via online systems Log and track stock movements and returns accurately Inspect returned goods (including fault checks) Process and manage warranty claims Use bespoke software for inventory and order tracking (training provided) Person Specification: Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role is beneficial Knowledge or interest in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential Computer literate with good data entry skills Strong attention to detail Ability to identify and handle automotive parts Physical capability to handle products up to 15kg Benefits: Free on-site parking Standard company pension 28 days annual leave including bank holidays Full training provided Friendly and supportive team environment Refer a friend and earn £100!
