Sales & Business Development Executive

Our client is a growing business looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive to join their business.

This is a varied role covering new business development, lead generation, client communication, and supporting the sales process. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and helping to grow the business.

The Role

• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Contact potential clients through outbound activity
• Qualify new leads and understand their requirements
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
• Arrange meetings and support the sales process
• Develop relationships with prospective clients
• Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities
• Work towards individual and business targets
• Support day-to-day sales and business development activity

About You

• Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment, customer service, or a similar role
• Confident communicating with new people
• Motivated by targets and achieving results
• Organised and able to manage multiple opportunities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and commercially minded
• Comfortable using CRM systems
• Keen to develop within sales and business development

• £30,000 basic salary + Commission
