What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively winning new business through outbound calls, networking, and market research
• Building and managing strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Taking detailed job briefs and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement
• Keeping CRM systems updated and maintaining a structured sales pipeline
• Contributing to team targets and overall business growth

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B sales or recruitment, with a strong focus on new business
• A confident, resilient communicator who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone
• Highly adaptable – able to think on your feet and respond to client needs

What You’ll Get

• Location: Epsom
• Salary: Up to £35,000 + uncapped commission
• Holiday: 20 days, increasing to 25 with service
