Creative Designer (In-House)
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
Type: Full-time (flexible/part-time option available)

Overview
In-house role supporting marketing across digital, print, and events. Suited to an upper junior–midweight designer ready to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply and maintain brand guidelines
• Design marketing, sales, and digital assets (web, social, email)
• Create event materials and co-branded content
• Produce social graphics and templates
• Support campaigns with visuals, motion, and basic video editing

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic or Creative Designer (in-house or agency)
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and marketing collateral
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Adobe Express or Canva
• Experience across digital (web, social, email) and print design
• Strong typography, layout, and visual composition skills

 Salary
£32,000 – £36,000 basic salary
