Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper with strong knowledge of QuickBooks to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weekly: Payroll, bank reconciliations, inputting client and supplier invoices
• Monthly: CIS declarations and payments, HMRC declarations and payments, supplier payments, credit card reconciliations, producing monthly reports from QuickBooks
• Quarterly: VAT returns
• Year-End: Prepare accounts for presentation to our accountants
• General admin tasks including filing and clerical duties

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper
• Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks
• Strong skills in Word and Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines

Working Hours:

• Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm

Salary:

• Competitive, to be agreed
