£25,000 – £35,000 depending on experience (pro rata)
6 month fixed term contract
Modern Leatherhead offices with hybrid available
Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours a week

Your job will be varied one and will involve;
Raising client bills for a selection of partners/managers
Raising the bill in Word
Creating the draft email to send to client
Sending the client bills via to the relevant partner/manager for approval
Liaising with stakeholders to maintain the client services and jobs within the Practice Management system to ensure that only relevant options are available
General maintenance of data held on the PE system
Running various reports for internal departments
Assisting in the month end reconciliations
In time, meeting with partners on aged WIP to determine whether it is fully recoverable
Liaising with credit control to process credit notes, invoices and write offs
Person Specification:
Experience of billing in a professional services environment
Awareness of deadlines and ability to prioritise and be flexible if priorities change
IT literate, be able to use Excel/Word
Organised due to the volume of work that flows through the department
Ability to work using your own initiative or as part of a team
