We’re working with a client who’s on the lookout for a detail orientated, and motivated Finance Assistant to join their finance team. You’ll report directly to the Financial Controller and play a key role in supporting a variety of projects and departments—ranging from cost tracking to revenue processing—with lots of room to learn and grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting in the preparation of month-end financial reports, including dashboards, forecasts, and full Management Accounts.
• Helping compile monthly stock reports and managing the fixed asset register.
• Performing daily bank reconciliations across multiple currencies.
• Setting up new projects and meticulously tracking costs and income.
• Acting as a friendly, reliable finance point-of-contact for budget holders across the business.
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting the external audit process to keep everything audit-ready.
• Handling a wide range of tasks—from posting journals to reconciling credit card statements and more.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience working in a busy finance team.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused, with a passion for precision.
