 Are you a highly skilled scientist with 4+ years of hands-on experience? Our client are looking for a Chemist to join an innovative team working on a wide variety of projects.

Job Specification

• Lead the design and development of new formulations in response to detailed client requirements
• Take responsibility for technical aspects of formulation projects
• Work with team members to prepare lab batches
• Research and evaluate new materials, techniques, and technologies for application in formulation development
• Organise and upload data using internal systems and software
• Liaise with clients, partners, and suppliers throughout project timelines
• Attend professional development events, training sessions, and relevant external meetings

Person Specification

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Has 4+ years of experience within a laboratory or development setting
• Holds a degree or Master’s in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related scientific discipline
• Has experience managing projects
• Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills
• Is confident working independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Has strong organisational skills
• Is comfortable working with compliance and regulatory documentation
• Has a growth mindset and is enthusiastic about learning and applying new techniques and technologies
