Job description:

• Assist with the management of specific jobs and projects
• Organising various sub contractors to attend and carry out work
• Liaise with clients, internal staff and contractors
• Responsible for processing reports, photos, invoices and quotations
• Working towards goals to ensure clients receive the best possible service
• Extensive diary management and scheduling

The successful person will have;

• Good level of education required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to prioritise
