Working within beautiful surroundings, our client is looking for 2 Temporary Customer Service Administrators to start ASAP at our clients main office in Leatherhead. The role will be paying circa £10.00 – £12.00 per hour, with working hours of Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm.
This position is varied and requires someone with excellent multitasking and customer service skills – previous experience within an office / customer service environment is essential.
• Ensure a smooth and consistent 5-star delivery of all facilities and services
• Welcoming all visitors politely, professionally and courteously
• Deal with post, both sorting incoming post and correctly franking and recording outgoing post
• Accurately arrange meeting rooms (including associated catering / layout)
• Keep the reception area as a tidy and welcoming environment
• Supporting the House manager in tasks as required
