Overview:

To manage day to day running of the showroom and sales, and to ensure the highest level of Customer Service is given at all times. Manage sales appointments and accurately log customer details onto the company database

Job specification:

• Greeting customers and assist them by providing the information needed or referring them to the correct staff member.
• Book and schedule appointments for sales representatives on company software.
• Monitor Health & Safety in the showroom and report back to management if any issues arise.
• Performing general administrative duties, such as taking care of the showroom, ensuring it is always immaculate and well presented.
• Carrying out video calls and online sales appointments.
• Take customers through the order process to contract

Person specification:

• High end Customer Service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask.
• Exceptional communicator both written and verbal.
• Hunger to chase and close leads
