Sales Support Coordinator

Due to continued growth and success, our client is looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to work closely with the customer service team and all customer’s needs are met efficiently.

Job Description:

• Processing sales orders and invoices with high attention to detail
• Liaising with an external sales team daily
• Dealing with customer queries via both email and telephone
• Reporting to sales manager and raising rebates
• Liaising with Head office and the warehouse

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in a similar administrative role is essential
• Strong ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy office
• Professional telephone manner
• High level attention to detail
• Good MS Office skills in Word and Excel

Additional Information:

• Based in Chessington
• £22,000 + bonus
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
• Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
