Sales Support Co-ordinator

Varied role, working for a well-established company in Chessington.  You will provide administration and sales support within a fun and lively team. Full training given.

Job Description:

• To be the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
• Reporting to the Sales Officer Manager
• Providing and following up quotations
• Utilising the database to gain specifications for new industry contacts.
• Logging and processing customer orders
• Recording account information into the CRM database
• Interact with Architects, Contractors, Building Control and end users.
• Develop and grow long-term relationships with customers.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events.
• Providing ad hoc administration and project support
• Able to implement CRM related activities.

Person Specification:

• Experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Strong presentation, organization and time management skills
• Great attention to detail
• Hardworking and goal oriented with a great personality and confidence
