Regional Sales Manager – London and the Home Counties

Our client is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join their successful team.

Duties Include:

• To actively promote and sell the companies range of roofing products to the construction industry including Specifiers, House builders, LA’s, HA’s, Distributors and Contractors.
• Generating product specifications and track through to completion
• Conduct CPD educational presentations to Construction Professionals
• Working toward the area via maximising existing business and targeting new.
• To support the customer base both technically and commercially on new and existing projects

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous sales experience is essential
• Knowledge of the Construction industry is required
• Driving Licence essential
• Aptitude to read and understand Architectural drawings
• Good and professional communication skills – oral & written
• Ability to operate as and work as part of the team as well as working autonomously
• Proficiency to discuss range of products and applications to construction professionals

Salary:  £35-40K basic salary  OTE £60-70k

Hours: 08:30 – 17:30  Core hours  Full Time
