Property Maintenance Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly successful property company working in their buoyant offices in Dorking as a Property Maintenance Coordinator.

Job specification:

• Day to day property maintenance issues
• Ensuring landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues are fully aware of actions you have taken, programmes of work and progress
• Recording all accurate file notes on the property management system
• Invoice management and processing
• Obtaining competitive quotes on behalf of the landlord
• Arranging gas safety certificates
• Conducting Property Inspections
• Deposit returns, negotiating between Landlord and Tenant to resolve any damages and liaising with tenancy deposit scheme where necessary
• Comply with lettings administrative procedures and all relevant legislation
• Provide exceptional client service

Person specification:

• Previous experience in property maintenance or something similar, ideally use of ‘FixFlow’
• Need to be a car owner with a full driving licence
• Dealing with End of Tenancy process and deposit returns
• Have the ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills

Additional Information:

• £27,000 – £30,000
• Based in Dorking
• Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm
• Every third Saturday 9am-1pm (with time off in lieu the following week)
• Day off on your birthday
