Product Technician

• Based in Dorking
• £22,000 – £27,000 (based on experience)
• Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
• 22 days holiday + bank holidays

Job specification:

• Facilitate new brokers and new schemes.
• Support testing across multiple software platforms.
• Contribute to the continuous maintenance of products to ensure high accuracy.
• Focus on enhancing processes, data quality, and functionality.
• Assist other teams with software system issues and queries.
• Investigate point of sale, and EDI data defects in collaboration with software providers.
• Help monitor daily tasks, including submissions.

Person specification:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office environment.
• Good level of education
• Strong numeracy and basic IT skills.
• Organised with a high attention to detail.
• Strong communicator and team player.
• Highly motivated and reliable.
• Proactive problem-solver.
