Marketing Manager

Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager. You will play a key role in increasing awareness and promoting the company. This role will give you the opportunity to manage the full marketing mix. It is an exciting time to join us as we are currently building a new website and reviewing our messaging and digital strategy.

• Based in Leatherhead
• Up to £45,000 depending on experience
• Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm

Job specification:

• Develop and implement a communications plan across the full marketing mix to increase awareness.
• Strengthen engagement with those in the industry to create a community, all supporting each other.
• Develop and grow a strong digital presence through our own website and over social media platforms (sometimes out of hours) and engage with appropriate online organisations and forums in the industry.
• Manage the team to effectively create all marketing collateral, working with other departments to ensure that the brand and tone are consistent across all communications.
• Effective management of the Digital Communications Manager and four Marketing Officers, including personal development plans and target setting.
• Effective budget setting and management
• Provide a regular report on all marketing activity KPIs.

Person specification:

• Degree or equivalent in marketing / communications
• Substantial experience in leading teams and day to day management of personnel.
• Experience in a wide range of marketing disciplines.
• Ability to work alone on own initiative as well as work effectively as part of a team.
