Logistics Administrator

Busy varied role to include; 

• Complete Mainfreight from Daily Report & Export papers & invoice job
• Follow up confirmation of any extra costs and charge out
• Updating Daily Report & Daily Profits
• Creating individual job files on server, adding bookings/filing export papers, T1s & SFDs taken from e-order once available
• Checking T1s are closed on time and updating the Daily Report
• Keep a check on companywide T1 report
• Supplier invoicing
• Filing PODs (proof of delivery)

Weekly                                                                                                            

• Control Pay (customer’s self-billing system)
• Control Pay finalising
• Bulk invoices

Bi-monthly (5th and 20th)                                            

• Payment Statement files for dealers
• Completing MF/Bulk invoices
• Collating extra costs
• Sending/filing PODs

Monthly

• Profit checking
• Fuel credit notes for suppliers

Person Specification:

• Previous office experience is essential.
• Excellent communication, organisational and multitasking skills
• A highly motivated, dedicated, team player.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• High attention to detail
• Proactive mindset
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good numerical abilities

Additional Information:

• £23,000 – £25,000
• Based in Leatherhead
• Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 5:30pm
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Contributory pension
