Legal Secretary

We are seeking an experienced and professional Legal Secretary to join our client’s friendly and growing team.

• Based in Epsom
• Up to £30,000 salary (DOE) + discretionary annual bonus
• Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Job specification:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to fee earners, primarily in the Private Client and Property departments.
• Accurately preparing legal documents and correspondence.
• Transcribing audio dictation.
• Confidently handling client inquiries and managing communications with third parties.
• Performing filing and other administrative tasks.

Person specification:

• Previous legal secretarial experience is essential.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Supportive team player.
