Assisting the Legal Services department with the provision of Legal Services to the organisation as a whole.
Assist with the Legal Services function, including administrative systems and appropriate filing systems.
Administration of deeds in and out including logging receipt, checking and despatch and the maintenance of relevant records.
Assistance with the administration, proper use and locking/storing of the company’s seal.
Assist with the data inputting and checking of information.
Assist with the use of web based applications and downloading of information.
Conduct Land Registry searches.
Liaise with external suppliers and maintain business relationships with third parties as required.
Attend Internal or External meetings as required.
Undertake any other related tasks requested by the Manager Legal Services or his/her Line Superiors.

Up to £23,000 (depending on experience)
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
