Graduate Marketing Administrator

This is an excellent opportunity for a Business related Graduate with an interest in Marketing, seeking an opportunity within a very stable and professional industry – full training will be given.

Job Description

• Responsible with the other Marketing Executives for the copy-writing, design, proofing, production and distribution of marketing materials for the company
• Ensure that existing materials and content (web and offline) are regularly reviewed, and then updated or withdrawn as necessary
• Support frequent and business critical product launches, withdrawals and updates
• Help manage the design and production of the twice-yearly printed customer newsletter
• Assist in research such as the regular and ad-hoc customer / market / mystery shopping research projects
• Create regular customer case studies in printed and video format for websites PR use
• Assist with the planning, implementation and monitoring of marketing campaigns that help cross / up sell to existing customers and drive quality prospects to the websites
• Provide marketing support for the company’s Corporate & Social Responsibility Committee
• Ensure brand and tone of voice guidelines are followed, and all communications are clear, fair and not misleading to customers
• Maintain a strong working relationship and collaborate with relevant stakeholders across the business
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget and on brief

Person Specification

• This is an excellent opportunity for a Business related Graduate with an interest in Marketing
• Business related degree essential (or equivalent)
• 5 GCSE’s A – C (Minimum C in both Maths and English)
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven eye for detail
• Supportive team player
• Excellent communication skills

Additional Information

• Based in Epsom
• £25,000 (possibly some flexibility depending on experience)
