Reporting into the Fleet Operations and Remarketing Manager at the head office in Reigate, Surrey, the aim of the role is to manage the day to day activity of the end of contract Remarketing process – vehicle collection, inspection and disposal.
There will be a sales element to role, maximising the number of vehicles sold to the franchise dealer network through consultative selling.
The role will incorporate the delivery of required management information and oversight, reviewing service levels with a focus on maintaining and ensuring the Company’s disposal activity and processes are in line with customer remarketing and retention strategy, whilst maximising disposal income in line with our shareholder requirements.

Providing feedback and ideas to assist in delivering the Company’s contract hire remarketing strategy with specific focus on ensuring the current process and policies are challenged, to maximise sale proceeds and to ensure processes and controls are managed correctly
