Job specification:

• Mid-month/end of month customer statement runs
• Reconciliation of accounts to ensure that all invoices have been actioned by the customer.
• Purchase Ledger – processing of purchase invoices, coding, electronic filing
• Preparation of weekly suggested payment runs
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Processing staff expenses

Person specification:

• Strong IT skills, particularly excel, and ability to use multiple different systems.
• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• Adaptable, flexible & able to multi-task.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build good relationships with other staff and customers.
