Digital Account Lead

Responsible for the day to day account management of a number of allocated clients with an emphasis on the design, delivery and execution of employee/dealer engagement, communications & incentive programs.

Job Description:

• Autonomous responsibility of specific client relationships with day to day accountability for client service delivery and growth
• Identify and develop new business opportunities wherever possible
• Attend client meetings and reviews on a regular basis in line with client requirements and/or the client account plan
• Update and review client specific SLA’s, contracts and process requirements
• Manage all client RFP’s, proposals & pitches ensuring input from all relevant service areas
• Lead and attend (or support) all client pitches as and when required
• Develop the employee/dealer engagement strategy in conjunction with the client
• Develop employee/dealer performance and sales measurement tools
• Design and deliver engagement programs with a view to influencing behaviors
• Design and deliver high impact engagement and incentive programs
• Report on the success of each program, measure ROI and provide statistical information
• Provide consistent leadership, motivation and direction to all engagement and project teams
• Review and agree supplier contracts and addendums in conjunction with the project management and sourcing teams as required
• Develop, mentor and coach all direct reports ensuring periodic meetings to discuss progress and review development plans

Person Specification:

• Previous account management experience in designing, managing and delivering dealer engagement, comms & incentive programs is essential
• Must have experience of working in a corporate background
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
• Passion for what you do, a desire to be all engaging, creative and keen to build a unique service offering in-house

Additional Information:

• Based in Milton Keynes
• £55,000 – £65,000
• 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
• Discretional Annual Profit Related Bonus (not guaranteed) (Must have worked for the company for 6 months to be eligible)
