Customer Support Assistant

• Based in Sutton
• 5 hour week
• Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
• Starting salary £22,000, growing up to £30,000 (after 3 years of service)
• 29 days holiday (including bank holidays) + up to 7 extra holiday days

Job Description:

• Working alongside the Account Manager.
• Providing administration support
• Responding to emails and telephone calls
• Responsible for all training.
• Help support long-term partnerships with existing clients.
• Responsible for identifying, pursuing and negotiating new business opportunities.

Person specification:

• Must be able to drive.
• Motivated, organised, ability to work independently.
• Sales experience preferable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confident to attend face to face client meetings and networking events.
• Ability to produce clear & effective notes throughout training.
