Client Services Administrator

Our client based in Sutton is currently looking for a Client Services Administrator to join their private client team. This role is predominantly office based with opportunities to work from home after completion of successful probation period.

• Up to £30,000 depending on experience
• Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm

Job Description:

• Answering and dealing with incoming calls, emails and post
• Meet and greet clients and offer them refreshment on arrival
• Liaising by phone and email with product providers, suppliers and clients
• Enter and maintain relevant data on Intelliflo
• Request plan information, collate, scan and update client records
• Check, submit and track new business applications through to completion
• Manage adviser diaries and make annual review appointments
• Accurately process fund rebalance requests
• Process client withdrawal requests
• General day-to-day office duties

Person specification:

• Previous office experience, preferably working in financial services
• Demonstrate ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Logical thinker able to investigate, consider and resolve error and issues
• Team player with a positive ‘can do’ approach to life
• Genuinely use your initiative
• Collaborative yet able to think for yourself whilst working in the team
• Able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
• Organised and methodical
• Taking ownership of tasks and see them through to a successful conclusion
• Have strong IT skills

Additional Information:

• Based in Sutton
• £28,000 – £30,000
• Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
