Our client is currently recruiting 3 24/7 Call Centre Agents, working four on, four off (shifts below). The role is focused on ensuring that information is passed from the public to the relevant agency accurately and securely, without any reference to the caller’s identity.
Working a four on, four off shift pattern:
First two weeks in post will be training: 1st week = 10:00 – 16:00 & 2nd week = 09:00-17:00
