Business Analyst

Using data analytics, you will assess processes, determine requirements and make recommendations to the board and stakeholders.

In addition, you will also identify opportunities for improvements and investigate new systems as well as evaluating the business case and producing KPI reports.

Job Description:

• Identify KPIs
• Comparing and analysing statistics
• Reviewing audit outcomes
• Interpreting data gathered and developing strategies
• Identify opportunities for improving the business
• Consult with business units to define and document requirements
• Analyse trends and behaviours, putting forward to leadership team
• Lead all benchmarking activity
• Design and create reports for dashboard
• Act as central resource for board

Person Specification:

• Degree level or relevant qualifications
• 5 years relevant work experience
• Excellent mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience with business and technical analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification and methodology development
• Good project management skills
• SSRS, Power BI and Excel
