Front of House Co-ordinator
Job Summary:
• Responsible for meeting and greeting all guests into the building
• Signing guests in and out of the building
• Ownership and responsibility of visitor waiting lounge
• Manning the switchboard
• Booking meeting rooms
• Ensuring AV support is provided to clients using the meeting rooms
• Able to consistently deliver 1st class levels of customer service
• Assistance with events organization
Person Specification
• Excellent communication skills
• Very well organized and able to multi-task
• Must be a team player with a “can do” approach
• Good knowledge of Word and Excel packages
• Able to handle feedback in a calm, structured and professional manner
• Pays attention to detail

Additional Information;
£20,000 Basic Salary Based on 37.5 hour week
