Specific Duties:
Maintaining and developing business with existing and new customers
Using selling techniques to overcome objections
Negotiating prices ensuring that company guidelines are met
Working towards and achieving individual and company sales targets
Planning and organising outbound call schedules
Accepting incoming calls in accordance with identified service levels
Understanding and developing product knowledge
Monitoring and reporting on activities
Providing relevant management information to the buying teams
Offering appropriate alternative products as required
Increasing order value by offering additional products and promoting special offers
Inputting orders received by fax and up-sell on those orders

Person Specification:
Money motivated, energetic and ambitious
Solid sales experience

£18,000 with opportunities to earn commission
