Description :

To complete the administration of all claims. Claims calculation and submission. Resolution of disputes. Soft income & variance analysis.

Responsible for:
Daily and monthly preparation of claims
Compilation of formal documentation and support of all rebates reported
Understand all rebate programmes.
Liaise with Product Managers to resolve issues related to claims.
Help to identify and implement process improvements to improve financial controls
Attend regular meetings to understand all rebate programs
Chase and resolve all outstanding claims
To carry out weekly reconciliation
Reconciliation of POS data to EDI reports weekly.
Soft Income statement review & variance analysis

 

Experience:
Strong administrator
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience of reconciliations and a demonstrated ability to investigate problems
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Demonstrates ability to make sound decisions and resolve problems
Good communication skills
