Due to continued success, my client a prestigious, highly successful company in the heart of Epsom is recruiting a HR Manager.
Supervising a team of 3 – 1 HR Advisor and 2 x HR Assistants
Recruitment and selection including interviewing at senior level
Drawing up of local employment contracts
Performance reviews and termination procedures
Manage and resolve disciplinary related issues
Counsellor for employees wishing to discuss internal conflicts, work issues and training
Project management - participate and make HR presentations on HR topics
Providing updates and advice on policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all employment matters
Manage the Health & Safety Policy
Implement and administer training policy and procedures
Identify training needs, analyse training needs and present training objectives
Some payroll and benefits administration / processing
Person Specification:
CIPD or equivalent would be an advantage
5 years generalist HR Management experience in a similar role
Experienced in recruitment practices and procedures
Employee relations (including discipline, grievance and performance management issues)
Experienced in multi tasking a number of projects at once
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
Enthusiastic, with lots of energy
Team player with the desire to progress through the company
Good business acumen – commercially aware
Additional Information:
9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (some flexibility required)
Salary up to £45,000
Based in Epsom
Parking available
20 – 25 days holiday
Will be based at other local offices - 2 days per week
