Overall Objective:
Order Management and administration for a portfolio of key customers. Working in conjunction with the Supply Chain Team to ensure goods are sourced and delivered on time and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Handling any queries relating to the fulfilment of customer orders. Close liaison with the sales account managers to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. Identifying and implementing new efficient processes and systems. Assisting the Team Leader and Supply Chain Manager as required with their duties.

Responsible for:
Customer backlog reports; lead times; delivery performance; sales order creation; customer information provision; customer service, relationship building and reporting
Identifying process improvements that improve business efficiency and profitability
Maximising stock utilisation
Interaction and relationship building internally with key supply chain contacts and externally with customers
Representing the team in cross-functional & vendor meetings

Key Outputs;
Hitting or exceeding pre-defined SLA’s
Delivering against pre defined customer service level agreements
Owning the Order Process and feeding back updates at key stages to the account managers
Aged stock minimisation
Stock days and overall stock levels within agreed company targets
Measurable service level delivery to other business units and functions

Experience:
Customer Service / Sales Support experience
Extensive Commercial Knowledge
Financial acumen
Strong Numeric knowledge
Self Motivated and target driven
Good team player
Ability to consistently execute and deliver against objectives
Has personal energy
Pride in delivering high quality work
Can do attitude

Additional Information:
£21k Basic
Mon - Thurs 08.30 – 17.45 and Fri 08.30 – 17.30
25 Days Holiday
Death in Service
Non contributory pension

Temporary Contract (Fixed Term 12 month Maternity Cover)
To start first week in March
