Job Description:.
Working in a small team of consultants your role will be to :-
* Build excellent relationships with candidates and clients
* Resource suitable candidates for allocated job vacancies
* Advertise job vacancies to attract candidates to your roles
* Meeting candidates and registering them onto the system
* Fantastic incentives for Target achievement such as trips abroad!!!!
* NO COLD CALLING!

Person Specification:
*  Confident in their sales ability
*  Drive and determination in abundance
*  Excellent telephone manner
*  Well disciplined and structured with attention to detail
*  Ambitious and hungry
*  Positive mentality 

SOME PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL! PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE! 
Successful backgrounds include Estate Agency, B2B Sales, Luxury Car sales, IT Sales,
Media Sales

Additional Information:

Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 (Dependant upon experience) OTE £40,000
20 days rising to 25 with service
Pension and Healthcare after probationary period.
