Providing support to the Sales and Purchasing department
Handling incoming calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting where possible
Taking and processing orders
Liaising with suppliers and placing orders
Extensive database work – maintenance and adding information
Processing invoices
Generating reports and correspondence
General clerical duties and ad hoc project work

Person Specification:
Good IT skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills
Good time management and ability to prioritise workload
Attention to detail
Customer focused
A second language would be an advantage, but is not a pre requisite (French Spanish Italian or German)

Excellent opportunities to progress for the successful candidate
